Step 1. We will provide you with a quote. Depending on the complexities of the job, some quotes can be given over the phone, whilst others will need an onsite visit. We have a well stocked van so are often able to do the job immediately. If not the job will be booked in at a mutually agreeable date

Step 2. Work is completed as per quote provided. If, when undertaking the work, it transpires additional work is required (wood rot repair, for example, that might not have been seen at time of initial quote), this will be discussed with the customer prior to proceeding.

Step 3. Upon completion of work, area is thoroughly vacuumed and left as it was found. All rubbish is removed from the site (NOT put in customer’s rubbish bins!)
