Keep Modular is a Sydney-based modular building company specialising in custom modular homes, granny flats, studios, extensions and hybrid modular/traditional builds. Years of experience in traditional residential construction shape the modular approach, with the same emphasis on quality, thoughtful design, functionality and creating spaces that genuinely feel like home.

The company delivers both fully custom modular builds, designed around the specific site and lifestyle, as well as a range of more cost‑effective modular plans for clients seeking a simpler, budget-conscious option. Modular construction suits everything from backyard studios and granny flats to full home builds, and hybrid modular/traditional solutions are available where the site or design calls for it.

Modules are built off-site in the Croydon factory and transported for installation, reducing on‑site build time, minimising disruption and providing greater control over the construction process. An in‑house design team supports projects from early planning and concept development through to construction, interiors and installation. Every project is tailored to the site, the family and how the space will be lived in – whether a fully custom home or a more economical pre‑designed option.
