Our Principal – James Pilcher – is a Licensed Builder as well as being a Registered Architect, and all members of our Architecture team have construction training and/or formal certification, meaning your designs are undertaken with an educated view as to their ultimate buildability and construction cost, as well as architectural design nous. In addition to this, all clients receive an updated build estimate at every stage of their design process, ensuring build budgets are on track before going to planning approval.

We pride ourselves on offering our clients a truly flexible service, by providing the option to engage us on a Design Only, Build Only, or a complete Design and Build basis.
