Our Services include:

01 – Concept Design – Every successful project begins with understanding our clients. During the initial design consultation, we take the time to learn about your vision, needs, and lifestyle. This stage allows us to explore design possibilities, site potential, and planning requirements – essentially setting the foundation for a considered and purposeful design outcome.

02 – Design Development – Once the concept is established, we develop a detailed design package ready for construction and approval – this includes drawings, schedules, and coordination with consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance. Our focus is on delivering clear, buildable documentation that captures both the creative intent and practical requirements of your project.

03 – Planning Applications – Prior to construction, your project may require necessary approvals from Council, whether DA/CC, or CDC. We deal with Councils across Greater Sydney on your behalf to package relevant documentation and submit applications, including Statement of Environmental Effects reports, BASIX Certificates, and working closely with relevant consultants.

04 – Construction Documentation – After approvals are secured, we prepare a comprehensive set of construction drawings that consolidate all consultant input — including structural and engineering designs — and detail key areas such as kitchens, wet areas, joinery, and finishes, giving the construction team clear, accurate instructions to realise your design vision with precision and quality.
