Novale Bathrooms started due to a lack of clear communication and project management in the bathroom renovation industry. We’ve been leading the way in customer service ever since specialising in bathroom design, bathroom renovation and bathroom installation.

At Novale Bathrooms our clients get access to our simple online project management software. With phone and computer access you’ll be able to check the schedule and watch as the renovation is carried out on time. You’ll also be able to follow along and ensure everything is progressing exactly as you want it by viewing regular progress photos. We turn up on time, clean as we go, so your home is kept in pristine condition and we complete our projects per the agreed schedule of works.

We strongly believe in the seemingly forgot values of respect, communication & manners. It’s these core values which helped us create the culture which is Novale.

We’ll work to your budget and give you the best value without sacrificing on quality. With a transparent scope-of-works, you’ll know exactly how much you can expect to pay and exactly what you’re getting. We don’t believe in tacking on fees after the initial quote, so you’ll never be surprised by a ‘hidden extra’.

The service doesn’t stop once the job is finished. We offer a final, on-premises walk-through to ensure you are absolutely delighted with your new bathroom. If any question or issue pops up after we’re gone you’ll be able to get in contact easily to resolve your issue or get answers fast. The builder app with comments and photos which was updated daily was so helpful.
